Q. What happens when we arrive at the hotel?
A. You will be greeted on arrival by your Master of Ceremonies, who will be a member of our team, or an independent Toastmaster of your choice. They will look after you throughout the day and will announce speeches and the serving of the meal. They will guide you through the day and ensure your day runs perfectly.
Q. What happens between the Wedding Breakfast and the Evening Reception?
A. After the formal proceedings for the day have finished we usually require an hour to refresh the room for the evening, this allows you and your guests time to relax before the evening celebrations begin. The main bar will be open in the hotel during this time.
Q. What time will the day finish?
A. We have a bar licence until 1.00am in the Ballroom.
Q. Are there any areas to take photographs?
A. We have beautiful landscaped gardens to the front of the hotel.
Q. How do I make sure I’ve done everything?
A. We’ve helped to organise 100’s of weddings so if we can be of any assistance to you please feel free to ask.
