Booking Your Wedding
Once you have decided on a date, a provisional booking will be held for up to 14 days, after which time the date must be confirmed or released.
To secure the date we require a non-refundable deposit of £300 and we will then confirm in writing to you, which will form a Contract with the Hotel.
Please make an appointment with us 4 weeks prior to the wedding to finalise your details. This meeting will be to discuss menus, drinks, colour schemes, table decorations, entertainment, timings and final numbers.
The final numbers of guests should be advised no later than 14 days prior to the wedding. The final invoice will then be forwarded for payment 7 days prior and is the minimum figure charged for.
Cancellation received 3 to 6 months prior to the function will result in a charge of 50% of the estimated function, between 3 months and the wedding the total cost of the function will be payable.
All charges are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
